Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please email letranhanphuong49@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Final Sale items or fragile décor pieces cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
